1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the pusy888 website located at pusy888.win and all associated services, platforms, features, and content operated by pusy888 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the pusy888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned at pusy888's sole discretion subject to verification of the original funding source.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pusy888 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, pusy888 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void pending transactions, and withhold any bonuses or promotional credits applied to those accounts.

When registering your pusy888 account, you agree to:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pusy888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pusy888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and select cryptocurrency options (USDT).

Deposits: Minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost) typically credit within 5 seconds. FPX bank transfers typically credit within 60 seconds during banking hours. pusy888 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's fees, if any, remain your responsibility.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your account. pusy888 does not accept third-party withdrawals. Processing times are as follows:

• FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank): 30 minutes during the day, up to 2 hours overnight.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: within 1 hour subject to network confirmation times.

pusy888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding RM 10,000 per transaction or RM 50,000 in any rolling 30-day period. pusy888 also reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the resolution of any investigation into suspected fraudulent, collusive, or bonus-abusing behaviour.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the pusy888 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market type. pusy888 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption, match manipulation, force majeure, or technical error.

In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise specified, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pusy888 promotions:

• Each member is eligible to claim each promotional offer once only unless the offer is explicitly designated as recurring.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer's wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pusy888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pusy888 platform for betting, gameplay, or any other purpose.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any conduct intended to defraud pusy888 or other members.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering or any activity that facilitates the conversion or concealment of proceeds of crime through gaming activity.
• Attempting to access areas of the pusy888 platform that are not publicly accessible, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or facilitating third-party access to your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the pusy888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, data feeds, and software — is the proprietary property of pusy888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pusy888 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

Upon termination for cause, pusy888 may, at its sole discretion, void outstanding bets, forfeit bonus funds, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

You may request the closure of your pusy888 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via Live Chat. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Funds remaining in a verified account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after any applicable bonus conditions have been assessed.

11. Governing Law
